What's the catch?
You try it free with no card. You only pay when you press buy, after it looks right. Then it's $49 a month: no setup fee, no contract, no charge per change.
Do I need an app or a website builder?
No. You edit right on your live site from your phone. Add /#edit to your address (or tap your business name at the bottom of the page 5 times), type your password, tap the photo or words you want to change, then tap Done. It's live in seconds.
Do I have to write it all myself?
No. Every design comes filled in with sample words and photos for your trade, and you swap in your own. Rather have us set it up? Use the "Rather we set it up for you?" form at the bottom of this page.
How fast is my site live?
After you press buy, you're live on your own web address in minutes. Connecting a domain you already own can take up to a day, and your free address works right away.
Is that US or Canadian dollars?
US dollars. The plan is $49 a month (US), the same for every design.
How do I cancel?
Any time, through the billing portal. It takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and your site stays live until then.
Can I get a refund?
As a general rule there are no refunds for partial months, and domain fees can't be refunded once the domain is bought. Any rights you have under consumer-protection law still apply. The full wording is in the Terms. That's why you try it first and only pay when it looks right.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
It stays live to the end of the month you've paid for. Ask before it's deleted and we'll keep your content available to export for up to 30 days. A domain registered through us is in your name, so it stays yours.
Can I use my own .com or .ca?
Yes. Pick one before you buy and we show you if it's open and exactly what it costs. It's added to your first payment and renews at the same price each year. Anything over $100 we set up with you by hand. You never touch a DNS setting.

Will this get me to the top of Google, or more calls?
We don't promise rankings, traffic or calls, and our Terms say so plainly. What you get is a clean site with your info, a quote form that comes straight to you, and a way to keep it current from your phone.
I forgot my password. Now what?
Tap "Forgot your password?" on the edit screen and we'll email you a code to set a new one.
